High Protein Berry Blend: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, 1 kiwi, ground flax seed, 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 8oz Coconut Milk = 1 1/2 purple, 1/2 orange, 1 red, 1 yellow.

Sunshine Smoothie: 5 baby carrots, 1 medium orange, juice of one lemon, 6 oz unsweetened coconut milk = 1/2 green, 1 purple, 1/2 yellow.

Cucumber Cooler: 1 medium cucumber, juice of one lemon, 1 pear, 3/4 c plain Greek yogurt, water to the fill line=1 green, 1 purple, 1 red.

Green Protein Machine: 1 cup baby spinach leaves, 1 apple, juice of one lime, 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, skim milk = 1 green, 1 purple, 1 red, one yellow

Sauted Minced Meat Recipe

Per Serving

Put the minced meats in the pot and cook.

Add the oil, then add the chopped onions and sauté until the onions soften.

Add the chopped peppers and continue frying.

Crush the garlic and add.

Add Pepper and tomato paste and fry some more.

Add the spices.

Then chop the fresh tomatoes you peeled into cubes and add them.

Add salt.

Add water just to pass the ingredients, increase the heat, cover the pot and let it boil.

Turn off the heat when it boils.

Cook on low heat until the food absorbs the water.

Recommendation: If you add 1 sugar cube to the dish, they will take on the sour taste that tomatoes can leave.

Tip: You can use all the spices that suit your taste in this dish.
