In a bowl stir together 1/2 cup tuna, 3 -4 Tablespoons cashew dip, 1 teaspoon chili powder, generous pinch of cayenne, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Make up the days smoothie which has a helluvalot of blueberries in it. Its a dark purple colour which is a bit intense! I have been finding it hard to drink the smoothies so dilute the morning one with water and chug it down.
11:30am. Go to the park and cross the road without looking. I give the sorry Im detoxing wave to the oncoming driver and get my tired ass back on the kerb.

TO MAKE: Soak 1 cup of raw cashews in water for 2 hours. Drain water and place cashews in a food processor.
