My only deviation from Dr. Oz’s recipe: I don’t add 600 mg of fish oil by breaking open supplement capsules the addition of 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt wasn’t in the original recipe.

2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon psyllium husks
