The original Scrubby yarn was, at first, a bit intimidating because I didnt think I could crochet using the yarn but that was uncertainty talking. You have to get a feel for it with practice and take notice of how stitches look like. After that, its no problem what-so-ever!

Yarn Weight And Length
All but the Scrubby Sparkle weigh 3.5 ounces in the solid colors and 3 oz in the variegated colors. The Scrubby Sparkle weighs 3 oz .
The yardage is where the bulk of the difference between these four yarns.
You do get less yardage from the original Scrubby at 92 yards in length for its solid colors and 78 yards for its variegated colors. But, it is enough to crochet a project with one skein.
The Scrubby Smoothie is approximately 153 yards in length for its solid colors and 131 yards for its variegated colors.
Scrubby Cotton is approximately 145 yards in length for its solid colors and 121 yards for its variegated colors.
The Scrubby Sparkle is approximately 174 yards in length.
They are all a medium weight yarn . With the amount of yardage in any one of these yarns, you can make at least one dishcloth or washcloth.
