We thought we could order some sandwiches and smoothies for the road. It was very hot/humid and a smoothie sounded good. We ordered 2 wraps waited 35 minutes and finally cancelled our order. Theres zero reason it should take that long for just a wrap!!…There were many pissed off customers there who had ordered ahead of time and nothing was ready for them at arrival. We left frustrated and hungry, would NEVER go there again.More

Literally no system in place. Idk if they hire people with IQ less than 4 or just give zero training before throwing their employees to the wolves. No clue how it takes 30+ minutes to heat up pre-cooked food. Getting orders wrong left and right. I feel bad for these employees honestly. They must get paid below minimum wage to put in this little effort. Management needs to seriously grow a pair.
