Tropical Smoothie Cafe, known for its smoothies and food with a tropical twist, is kicking off summer with colorful and refreshing seasonal menu items.
The national fast-casual concept is now offering both new and returning fan favorite summer smoothie flavors and menu items at over 840 locations across the country, including:
- Watermelon Mojito Smoothie A blend of fresh cut watermelon, strawberry, mint and lime
- Guava Margarita Smoothie A blend of guava, strawberry, mango, pineapple and lime
- BBQ Pork Quesadilla BBQ glazed pork, queso blanco, cheddar cheese, a smoked cheese blend, pineapple salsa and pickled jalapenos with a wedge of fresh lime

Inspired by refreshing summer cocktails, the Watermelon Mojito Smoothie is made with fresh watermelon, strawberries, fresh mint and lime, while the Mango Berry Cosmo Smoothie is a nonalcoholic twist on the classic cosmo with mango, strawberries, cranberries and lime. How To Make A Copycat Watermelon Mojito Smoothie From Tropical Smoothie
Makes two 16 ounce servings

- 20 watermelon 1 x 1 chunks
- 5 sprigs fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime juiced
- 2-3 tablespoons of organic honey
- 1/4 cup chilled alkaline or filtered water

The finished smoothie comes perfect for any hot summer day, or just about any day for that matter. You will make this once and get hooked on the flavor, and like me, this may become one of your most favorite things.
