Tropical Smoothie is my go to place when I want a nice breakfast Smoothie or sandwich. The customer service is outstanding. Very nice and respectful employees. I recommend this place all the time.
The smoothies were great – the service HORRIBLE. Requested CURBSIDE pick up – had to finally go inside to get the order it was never delivered to the car. When I entered there are three workers doing nothing!! When I get home – there are no edible straws in the bag – and it is clearly marked on the side of the cups. Not very happy today, a LOSS OF $5.00 AND I LIVE TOO FAR AWAY TO RETURN FOR THE STRAWS!!

My favorite location to visit. I usually don’t make a big effort to eat at Tropical Smoothie, but our Pine Bluff location is cause for exception. The service, quality, and consistency of the food are all off the charts. I believe the managers name is Nick, and he does a great job keeping things running smoothly. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The manager Nick rushed thru making my smoothie and it did not taste well. I said to him that the smoothie did not taste well and i asked how much of certain ingredients were added. With a nonchalant, rude attitude he replied the ingredients are listed. He was irritated with me and begin working with the next customer. I normally come to this location on a weekly basis and the other employees are absolutely phenomenal. I have never had a bad experience until today.

I love the place i eat tgere just about 3 r 4 times a week or more i feel better to love the Blimey Limey and Paradise Point Smoothies n the Turkey Apple Dijon sandwich the workers are friendly .

The restaurant was nasty and smelled bad. Sat there ten minutes and was not spoke to or waited on by any of the staff, so we left. It was the first and last time that i will ever go there.
