We stumbled across this place just to grab a smoothie and it was such a great experience. The customer service was amazing and the manager Sarah even let me try a smoothie on the house! I ate the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and my girlfriend has the Caesar salad with the plant based chicken. Both were amazing!! Will definitely be coming back!
I ended up having to wait for awhile after my order was supposed to be ready due to the amount of people ordering, but the staff handled it very well. Sarah was amazing even with multiple customers yelling at her and she definitely deserves more credit for dealing with unruly guests. I always love the smoothies and food!

Clarksville, TN Paul and Armi Rhodes of Live Better Clarksville are proud to announce the Grand Opening of Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 1825 Madison Street, this Friday, June 28th, 2019 from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
The first 200 people in line will draw numbers to receive various mystery prizes. 50 winners will win free smoothies for a year, and one lucky grand prize winner will receive a custom-made Troptastic Corn Hole game set.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe describes itself as perfect for people seeking vibrant flavors and better-for-you foods. We use the finest natural ingredients: fresh, ripe fruits for our smoothies and premium meats, cheeses, and breads for our sandwiches, wraps and flatbreads.
Everything at the cafe is prepared fresh from scratch. We blend whole chunks of real fruit to make the smoothies, and toast the wraps and flatbreads individually, per order. The Cafe also touts its uniquely flavorful and delicious recipes, as well as a menu that offers variety and value.
Upon completing my career in the United States Army, I was concerned about still having the ability to mentor, and maintain the rush of servant leadership, Paul Rhodes said. Tropical Smoothie Cafes mission and values closely align with our family lifestyle.
Hours of operation will be Monday Friday 7:00am 9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am 9:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am 8:00pm.

“I am an avid smoothie-drinker and this is down the best smoothie Cafe I’ve ever been to. It’s also my favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe location. Pros: great tasting food, very clean environment, awesome customer service, all employees have a smile on their face. This restaurant is even veteran owned and operated, which I think is amazing. Tropical Smoothie Caf Becomes Second Career For Retired Veteran Couple
CLARKSVILLE, TN Paul Rhodes and his wife Armi are veterans who decided to make Clarksville their home as well as their place of business by opening Tropical Smoothie Café.
Rhodes joined the Army in 1990 and met Armi later that year. His wife retired from the Army in 2010, and Rhodes joined her in 2018 after 28 years of service. He served in Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bosnia, Korea and Germany.
Rhodes was at Fort Campbell from 2011-2014 the first time, and then he returned in 2017 until his retirement.
In 2005, after 15 years of service, he started thinking about retirement. I looked far and wide and I honed in on franchising. I thought franchising is a great way for soldiers to move forward in life, Rhodes said.
In 2016, Rhodes travels as an Army recruiter took him through Paducah, Kentucky. He stopped at a Tropical Smoothie Café near one of the recruiting centers, tried a smoothie, and said it really tasted good.
The next time I went through, I got a smoothie and some food and told my wife, Hey, this is the one. She tried it out and said, Lets go for it, Rhodes said. He knew he would be retiring in a few years, and he decided what he wanted to do.
Working with a staff is part of the fun. I enjoy the energy of young people, and I felt I wanted to do the same thing that I did as a drill sergeant: meet young people who are open to growing and becoming great members of their communities, Rhodes said.

Everything here is so flavorful. smoothie king’s strawberry kiwi has nothing on the kiwi quencher. And the chipotle sauce on the sandwich is addicting. Sometimes if I’m feeling adventurous I’ll get the breakfast flatbread that has bananas and peanut butter on it. I love that it’s served warm! My only complaint is that bc of the price of my go to meal, I don’t feel comfortable getting it more than once a week lol. But it’s always worth it when I do! The smoothie is so filling. The customer service is great too.”
