I never been to this establishment. Someone told me about this place. First thing I notice this place doesn’t practice social distancing. I should’ve walked right back out the door. But I made a poor choice to stay. I didn’t like anything about this place….They heat up prepackaged food and smoothies are mediocre. Customer service was horrible they didn’t listen or pay attention to orders. It was a total disaster. I will not advise going to this location. But in my opinion I will never visit any of these businesses again. Total waste of time and energy.More
I a, staying at a hotel in the area and its been hot outside all week, so when I noticed this place, it didnt take much of a thought to head in for a cold drink. Ive been back every day since. The smoothies are…big and the perfect refreshment for a Summer day. Ive been drinking the Paradise Poin strawberry, banana and pineapple but they have many flavours to choose from, some with chocolate in them! A couple days after my first visit I tried one of their flatbread sandwiches and it was delicious too. It came with a choice of a piece of fresh fruit or a bag of chips as well.More

This has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDEST set of employees I have ever seen. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. You walk in no greeting and faces all frowned up. I said good morning she just looked at me and asked was I ready to order. Its ridiculous you goto these places and spend money and get the most disgusting service. I will never come back to this location and will be calling corporate. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!
This location. Need to get it together. If the owner doesn’t know whats going on you need to get involved before this location closes. If you need help then take advice from the university location. Because they know how to run they location. It’s always some sort of inconvenience at this location. I refuse to go here anymore

CHARLOTTE, N.C. This holiday season, we can all help put smiles on the faces of children in need. WCNC and the Salvation Army have teamed up kick off this year’s magical toy drive. For the 2nd year in row, Tropical Smoothie Café is part of our team.
The Salvation Army hopes to provide gifts for more than 21,000 children this year. New unwrapped toys will be accepted through December 17th at any Charlotte area Belk store.
