The team working here was so nice and sweet! I ordered a smoothie which had an ingredient I am newly allergic to. I started to have a reaction and asked them if there was anything they could do to help. The kindly remade the smoothie without the ingredient. It really saved the day!

They forgot to add the turbinado. If I wouldn’t have known what my smoothie should have , I would probably not come back. And, the salad was small, but tasted pretty good…it came wrapped in saran wrap, not a lid like usual and no utensils.

Not thrilled with the Smoothies they tasted like basically nothing NOT what I was expecting at all if you like watery smoothies this is your place I personally like lots of flavor and real fruit this was just the opposite NOT going back and as I’m waiting for my smoothie the Lady Manager on duty is just talking crap about one of the other employees so unprofessional- all and all I give this place a Thumbs Down

Tropical Smoothie Cafe New Berlin

We ordered our food with Doordash. I had the Caribbean Jerk Bowl and I enjoyed it, plenty of fresh ingredients chicken, pineapple salsa, rice and black beans. It came with plenty of jerk sauce, tasty and not too hot. The Kale Apple Slaw was very…good and I wished I had more. The fruit smoothie was delicious- tasty and not bland, they put enough fruits in there- I had the Sunrise Sunset and it was awesome! Will be back for more healthy food.More
