The staff was not exactly kind. They acted like it was my fault that a name didn’t show up for it to go order that I made in the store even though it was on the smoothie. And then they acted like it was a big deal that they forgot my coleslaw and acted like it was even bigger deal whenever I asked for a fork. The place used to be super chill. That staff was not it.
Unfortunately, this location over the last couple of months has went down hill fast. When you walk in it smells awful. You can tell they havent cleaned in awhile. Most of the store is nasty. And the employees could care less. Ive been coming here for years so its sad to see run like this.

Have some of the best smoothies I have ever had. Wish we had options on sizes. Not always in the mood for a large.
the remodel on the inside is nice. it used to be ok, but it had a weird smell. it’s much better now.
Long lines, and for what? Not very good in my humble opinion. Some undoubtedly love it because they think it is something special, but not I.

Stopped in with my smoothie-loving family. The smoothies and sandwiches came to us quickly, and were delicious. There is more on the menu than I could absorb, so I had what someone recommended and it was first rate….I have an idea all of the smoothies are, and you can customize them any way you want. The people working made it a light, fun atmosphere. We will be back.More
They have good wraps here. Thai chicken wrap is very good. Some of the promotional wraps are good also. The smoothies are very good as well.
Hot sunny day. I needed a cool drink. But I wanted a healthy drink as well. Tropical smoothie cafe was the answer. Great taste, cool and fresh.

Update 8/28/21: this is one of my favorite places for food & smoothies, however, we’re sad to feel the need to downgrade our review today. We’ve had multiple times our order has been lost and/or wrong. Maybe it’s the staff turnover, maybe it’s the fast pace, or maybe it’s something else but we won’t ever forgo getting a receipt again. Today we waited 20 minutes for our smoothies only to end up asking staff what the status was and find out they didn’t have the order at all. They confirmed our order & made it but once we were to the car we discovered one of the smoothies wasn’t what we ordered. We went back to have it fixed & they left out one of the ingredients. A couple weeks ago one of our orders was completely missing a food item & the female staff got an attitude towards us when we came back to have it corrected. We’re going to start driving to another location now. Hopefully we can come back in the future and get a correct order.LOOOVE the smoothies & humus wrap here! The beach theme always perks me up & the teens working here are always cordial & know their product! My one complaint is the styrofoam packaging. Really wish they’d either keep stocked on the refillable smoothie mugs or let us bring our own. I am so sick using styrofoam: it never biodegrades & it sweats.
