To make this healthy smoothie, its best to use frozen bananas as it gives a delicious, thick and creamy texture to the smoothie.
If you dont have frozen bananas, you could use ripened bananas with ice cubes as well.
All the ingredients like yoghurt, low fat milk, drinking chocolate, peeled and cubed banana, honey and ice cubes are added into a blender and mixed until smooth.
The banana smoothie is then transferred into serving glasses and garnished with banana slices, chocolate curls and mint leaves.
This smoothie tastes best when served chilled. Instead of settling for a simple chocolate smoothie, it would be great to add banana for an added nutritious kick.
