This is soooo NOT a weekend recipe, but, you know Im looking out for ya. Supposedly, its day 2 since your New Years Resolution Diet started how goes it?! Im hoping day 2, 3 and 4 will be better. I cant promise whats going to happen after that because January 7th is Orthodox Christmas which means it is my time to celebrate! Those cookies aint gonna eat themselves, ya know? Or moms damn good food. Cant wait to dig into whatever she is going to have for us.

    4. Add 1 cup almond milk. You can use plain almond milk or cocoa flavored or vanilla. If using plain almond milk, then you can add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder in the smoothie. Even coconut milk can be used instead of almond milk.

    5. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons unrefined cane sugar or maple syrup or honey or regular sugar. Sweetener is optional.

    6. Then blend pomegranate juice with almond milk.
