Smoothies have a special place in my heart. I just love them. Not only do they taste delicious, but its the easiest way to get in greens and nutrient-dense foods without actually having to cook or eat a salad every single day Lol!
And, my favorite time of day to drink a smoothie is first thing in the morning. Its so energizing and really helps to boost my brain power and saturate my body with nutrition.
Today, Im sharing five fat-burning weight loss smoothies that you can use as meal replacements to speed up your weight loss results.
All of these smoothie recipes are 100% gluten free and paleo-friendly. And, some of them are keto-friendly as well. Keep in mind that you can easily make any of my smoothie recipes low carb by replacing the banana/fruit with extra avocado. You can also use frozen pre-steamed cauliflower for a low carb creamy texture.
