I’m a big proponent of eating healthy as much as possible and participating in a regular exercise routine.   • Fruit to naturally sweeten your smoothie and also boost nutrition, add fruit. Berries, bananas, pineapple, mango and sweet apples will boost sweetness. Citrus and sour apples boost vitamin C and cherries can help easy pain
  • Protein Add in a scoop or two of protein powder, collagen powder, or Greek Yogurt. Nut butters also add lots of protein and go great in banana based smoothies.
  • Healthy Fat Add in a teaspoon of coconut to MCT oil. Avocado is also a great addition for healthy fat, and you can often find frozen avocado chunks in stores.
  • Liquid almond milk, oat milk, refrigerated coconut milk are all great options for smoothes. But coconut water, aloe water and even regular water are also great to thin out your smoothies.
  • Healthy Add-Ins flax seed, cocoa powder, matcha, chia seeds, uncooked oatmeal, and even cinnamon all boost nutrition in a big way. Try adding 1-2 to your smoothies.
