Love this shop. I now have a smoothie problem! They have so many options of smoothies that are actually good for you not just a fruit sugar base from the coffee shop. You can also add things like immunity or flax or protein etc to customize what you need for the day. So good. Usually the girls are very friendly and helpful that are working.
if youre driving for uber eats or doordash beware. order wasnt ready and they helped the line before preparing the drink their customer had already ordered ahead of time. ended up waiting over 15 minutes before they acknowledged me at the pick up counter and total 25 minutes in house for the customers smoothie.
owner chris is fantastic! employees are always friendly and fast. order online through chow now if youre in a rush. this location and the employees are so well liked, it can get busy. even when the line is long, they move through the orders quickly. they remember me and my order, and theyre always sweet which gives it a more personal touch 🙂

Emerald City Smoothie needed an updated website that offered a better mobile user experience as well as a better back end management system. They also looked to improve the marketing for their franchise opportunities, as well as the marketing for the current franchise locations themselves. We built them an awesome looking website that is managed with our eCommerce and eCatalog platforms, and our one of a kind content management system, FusionCMS. To improve all of their marketing needs we built the site to be search engine optimized and included our blog and newsletter modules. The new site is much more mobile friendly and we are looking forward to building them a mobile specific site in the future!

The product itself is good – but rather expensive. Convenient parking as it is close to Home Depot and Costco.
I once left my wallet at the counter, and one of the employees looked me up on Facebook to try and get my wallet back to me. Total above and beyond customer service always at this location!
If you don’t know what you want it’s hard to figure out the menu. The smoothies taste great I don’t know if they we’re really good for me!

For promoting health I thought it was really sugary. I went with a big group of friends, and it wasn’t just mine. They were good just a little sweet for my liking, my friends agreed. Staff is friendly and fast.Menu is very large.Smoothies are excellent.They also have other health based products like nutrition bars, etc. It’s a good, fast alternative to fatty fast food.
