Reviews For Tropical Smoothie Cafe
Horrible service, every time I come in the workers have a bad attitude and take 30 minutes to make a smoothie / sandwich and usually its wrong or the sandwich is made sloppy. If youre in a rush to get to class or dont want horrible service then I would not come here.
I ordered the avocado grilled cheese which is supposed to have smashed avocados, tomato spread, bacon, cheese and on sourdough bread and its missing almost everything 🙁 hardly any avocado or cheese absolutely no tomato spread or bacon and its not sourdough bread. I literally only got toasted bread pretty much with maybe a tiny layer of avocado. So sad ?
The service here is always so piss-poor. The workers move like molasses, forget your order, forget to make your order, etc. I always order a flatbread and smoothie and they’ve given me the wrong flatbread at least twice and my smoothie is rarely blended well enough. They need to either do better training, change management, or do a review on their staff.

I love the smoothies here! You get a lot for your money and the service is fast and accurate. There are a lot of choices too.
Tropical Smoothie is an attractive, clean business with a varied delicious menu. While their smoothies are good, the sugar content is high with is usual for a commercial smoothie establishment. I really liked their peanut butter, honey, banana and granola panini. It comes out warm…and is excellent for a breakfast treat. The only doifficulty my last visit was they were not able to heat it and gave me a hard pita which was not warm. The sandwich was not longer flavorful or appetizing. They would not refund my money. It is an enjoyable place to go.More
