First, we made which were super tasty and so creamy. Sweet potatoes are a great side dish at any Holiday table. Creamy sweet potatoes mixed with Marsala which imparts sweet wine flavor with hints of hazelnut was definitely one of my favorites!

Usually, I use my good china, the one that cannot be used in the microwave or dishwasher, my grandmothers linens, and homemade centerpieces.

How To Make Mushroom Gravy From Scratch

Start with melting some butter in a pan. Add the mushrooms and sauté the mushrooms over medium high heat until theyre brown. Add in rosemary and garlic and stir for a minute. Add in flour and cook for a minute.

Add in Holland House White Cooking Wine and some vegetable stock to the mushrooms and stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the gravy thickens. Serve warm.
