    While there are blenders explicitly designed for making frozen fruit smoothies, almost any blender will suffice. Fill the blender halfway with juice or milk and Greek yogurt and turn the knob. Continue until the mixture is completely lump-free.

    My basic smoothie recipe calls for four simple ingredients:
