2. Greek Yogurt

I love me some creamy smoothies and to honest, strawberries dont exactly give you the same texture as bananas. But dont you worry, of course I found a workaround! Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie Ingredients

Frozen Banana: This will make your smoothie nice & creamy.

Frozen Strawberries: Packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins. Plus, they’re yummy!

Frozen Pomegranates: I love adding these for an extra boost of antioxidants and to help balance out the banana flavor. If you want to omit, add 4 more frozen strawberries or a full banana.

Vanilla or Coconut Protein Powder: Either of these flavors will work well with the bananas, strawberries, and pomegranates!

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk: The subtle vanilla flavor of the almond milk adds a touch more sweetness to bring this smoothie together. The liquid will also help blend.

  • Use frozen fruit for best results. I like to freeze my bananas in slices for better blending.
  • Add in avocado. Just a little bit of avocado blended into your smoothie makes it SO creamy and delicious!
  • Start with less liquid. Ive suggested 3/4 cup almond milk and you could even start with 1/2 cup and then add a little at a time until you get the consistency you like.
  • The spinach doesnt make the smoothie more or less creamy, but you wont even taste it and there are tons of health benefits.
