Strawberries are naturally low-carb, so if you want to keep this smoothie keto, I would use coconut milk and substitute the maple syrup for a tablespoon of your favorite sweetener. Or leave it out, I actually dont even think this smoothie really needs extra sweetener!

How To Make This Creamy Peach Smoothie
You start by peeling a peach, maybe two. Slice and put into your blender.
Then you juice an orange. Add that juice + 1-2 Tbsp yogurt to the peaches and blend your heart out.
Now youve got a creamy and refreshing smoothie.
To make this smoothie cooler and creamier use frozen peaches or add ice cubes to the mixture.
Pour into a glass and top with some chopped peaches loved these chunks as I was drinking it!

Oats And Banana Smoothie
This is a typical smoothie that you can use as a go-to recipe anytime because you dont need any exotic components, just oats, and banana. Take about 3 tablespoons of rolled oats and add to half a cup of vegan milk in the blender. Blend for half a minute and then add in frozen bananas and blend it again about 30 seconds. You get a smooth and creamy oatmeal-banana smoothie which is full of good, healthy calories.

Tip #1 It is not the number of ingredients but the combination:There is no point in dumping a lot of ingredients into smoothies just because they are touted as good for you. You will end up with something that is undrinkable. Reduce the ingredients and focus on the combinations and how each complements the other. For e.g. when you make a smoothie and add dates, milk, and spinach all the ingredients are good for you. But the other reason is that date is added as a sweetener, the milk as the emulsifier, and the kale as the fiber. So, keeping the aspects of suitable combinations is important.
Tip #2 Always get fresh ingredients:You are making smoothies primarily for gaining better health so do not skimp and use fruits and vegetables that have been sitting around for some time. Tip #3 The taste is in the texture:A smoothie is appealing because it is smooth and creamy so you need to ensure that you blend the ingredients well. Use seasonal and fresh fruits when possible for your smoothies. Add liquid to the blender first. Peel and chop your fruit and vegetable before putting them in the blender. If using ice cubes, add them last. Or you can just put ice cubes in the serving glass and pour smoothie over to have it chilled. Oh and don’t forget to close blender’s lid every time. You know why.
If you keep your smoothie in the fridge, it’s good up to 2 days. You can chop your fruit , place them in the airtight container and keep it in the freezer for even faster smoothies. Whenever you are ready to make one, just add the frozen chopped and ready fruit and the rest of the ingredients.

What Goes Into A 3 Ingredient Strawberry Smoothie
Typically I throw things like frozen banana, spinach, protein powder, chia seeds or yogurt into my smoothie, but this super simple strawberry smoothie is GREAT with just 3 ingredients. All I used for this is:
- frozen strawberries
- vanilla almond milk
- maple syrup
You could swap out the almond milk for coconut milk or even a dairy milk. I love vanilla almond milk but full-fat coconut milk is SUCH a treat too. It makes the smoothie sooo thick and creamy!
The maple syrup could be swapped for honey, or even left out altogether. You could also leave it out and add in frozen banana instead as a natural sweetener.
Ingredients For Strawberry Smoothie
I used the following 3 ingredients for this amazing smoothie inspired by A Spicy Perspective: Frozen strawberries, milk and strawberry fruit spread.
The frozen strawberries that I used were not in syrup. I used whole milk to make the smoothie, but could have used low-fat milk, soy milk or almond milk instead. Also, I could have used strawberry preserves in place of the fruit spread. The fruit spread, though doesnt contain high fructose sugar like is often found in preserves.

- 1 peach
- 10 spinach leaves
Blend the leaves with peach until smooth, then add the strawberries. Since peaches are so juicy you shouldnt need any additional liquid, but judge it based on your own preferences and add a little water if you prefer.

These smoothies are perfect during peak strawberry season which is when they hit their ultimate sweetness levels which is key to their deliciousness. Strawberries can be a bit sharp if theyre out of season, but swapping the water for orange or apple juice can sweeten it up.
- Buying Choose strawberries that are bright red, small to medium size and have a sweet aroma. Unlike bananas, they wont ripen at home, so dont go for pale or green ones.
- Prep Wash well and remove the hull .
- Storage Strawberries are best consumed within 2 days, as studies have found their nutrient content starts to decrease after this time. They will last longer in the fridge though .
- Freezing You can freeze strawberries for up to six months.
