I tried searching the ingredients for the smoothie online and didnt get a whole lot of results. The main things I found were strawberries, bananas, and yogurt. But nothing with any idea of the proportions it needs.

Justin set to work making a smoothie for the boys. Our first try was pretty close, but it still took some tweaking. The yogurt helps keep it very creamy. We use frozen strawberries to help thicken the smoothie without needing to use a lot of ice that waters down the flavor.
