All you need to do is add the strawberries, bananas, water or milk, and yogurt to your blender and blend until thick and creamy. If its too thick for your likings add a little more liquid and if its too thin add more frozen fruits.

Protein fruit smoothie recipes can be made the night before and stored the fridge for the next day. If the recipe contains banana, its best to add it the morning you plan to eat it. Otherwise, your smoothie will be an unappetizing brown color and just not look as fresh. The flavor and nutritional state will be the same, though.
If you are using whey or casein protein powder, store your smoothie in a glass container. This is because the plastic is absorbent and may take on a funny smell if left sitting containing the mix.
When premixing a protein fruit smoothie recipe, store it in an airtight glass container right after blending it. It will stay fresh for up to 24 hours but you will have to add a bit of frozen fruit to the mixture and reblend before drinking for it to taste its best.

Cucumbers must be rinsed with running water, cut into small pieces. Frozen peas should be left for five minutes at room temperature, canned and fresh can be used immediately. Place the cucumber, peas, and olives in a blender container, add lemon juice, and whisk for about 1 minute. Then the smoothie should be poured into a glass. Instead of freezing your smoothie, I think a better idea would be to freeze the smoothie ingredients.

I leave my smoothie in the fridge overnight all the time and you can too.

If you want to leave your smoothie overnight, just know it might change its colour just slightly.

I typically prefer plain greek yogurt to minimize the sugar, but if you prefer a strawberry greek yogurt smoothie or a vanilla yogurt smoothie recipe, you can use flavored yogurt options. I typically find that all of the other ingredients cover the taste of the tart greek yogurt, but my taste buds are also accustomed to eating plain greek, full fat yogurt.
