I am a huge fan of green smoothies. Its the easiest way to get a ton of fruits and veggies into your diet in an easy, quick, and effortless way.

A few years ago I bought myself a Vitamix because I wanted a more powerful blender with the ability to make food in bulk and with easier cleanup for when I made homemade baby food and it was worth every penny! It literally pulverizes all of the fruits and veggies you might want to add to your smoothie creating a smooth, thick, creamy consistency that is super satisfying!

This particular smoothie recipe is awesome. It has 3-4 cups of spinach in it, but you wont be able to taste it at all! If you have picky kids who wont eat their veggies, this is a great recipe to have for breakfast or a snack to sneak in some extra veggies into their diet.
