To flavor the smoothie, I have used vanilla extract in this recipe. However, you may replace the one teaspoon of vanilla extract with a pinch of cardamom powder if you wish to add an authentic flavor of lassi.

First, you need a blender! There are so many great blenders on the market these days. Ive been using my Blendtec for so many years, its high powered and worth the investment in my opinion . You could also use a Vitamix, Ninja, or Magic Bullet blender.
